Digital Bubble Box – Online Bullying
Our Digital Ambassadors have created a really informative video about online bullying to encourage children to think about how they act when using online devices, and to help make the online world a safer place. The video covers some thought provoking conversations and scenarios;
– What is online bullying?
– Why does online bullying happen?
– What impact does it have on the victims?
– How would you act in theoretical situations?
– If you’re a victim, some advice and reassurance is offered
In follow up to this, our Oswald Road Digital Ambassadors have placed a ‘Digital Bubble Box’ in our ICT suite. This allows pupils to share any online issues they’re worried about, either anonymously or with their name if they’d like someone to speak specifically to them about it.  This will be checked regularly and discussed to find resolutions.
